Prehospital RhD risk, blood availability and the oxygen-delivery window
Published data show that emergency systems may accept a non-zero future compatibility-related risk when life-saving transfusion cannot wait. The concept asks whether a complementary non-RBC oxygen carrier could reduce part of this trade-off.
Are we identifying the oxygen-delivery problem early enough?
Should prehospital patient selection look beyond severe hemodynamic deterioration and investigate earlier validated perfusion or oxygenation signals?
Should oxygen-delivery potency matter more than hemoglobin concentration alone?

Can the PPH treatment window be defined by oxygen-delivery risk, not blood-loss volume alone?
WHO guidance emphasizes earlier PPH recognition and rapid treatment. The hypothesis is to define a physiological oxygen-delivery risk window for future product-specific research.
Is HBOC vasoconstriction only a side effect or an architecture-and-control mechanism?

Next concepts should add new scientific territory, not repeat the same question.
